Serving Downtown Oxford
Beauty is Within
The opportunity to touch people’s lives and the heart of the staff is what led myself and Scott to purchase Regina Paul Salons in June 2013 . We have been in the salon industry for many years. I’m the daughter of a cosmetologist, and my family owned Charm Hairstyling Downriver in the 70’s and 80’s. Charm & Company Salons is named in honor of my mom who passed away in February 2015.
Your experience at Charm & Company Salons is of utmost importance to us. Our joyful staff finds pleasure in treating you to a truly extraordinary experience, from a beautiful blow dry or perfectly-cut bang to a relaxing custom-blend facial or soothing pedicure. Let us take care of your beauty needs.
If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with our service, give us a call so we can do whatever we need to do in order to make amends.
Enjoy $10 off any service of $25 or more or $20 off any service of $50 or more on your first visit to our Downtown Oxford location!

We have been married since 1982 and have 2 wonderful children and 6 delightful grandchildren. We spent our early married years doing ministry in the inner-city of Detroit. In the last 10 years I worked for 2 different churches. In 2012, I returned to the Salon industry feeling very called to the Lake Orion and Oxford area. The loss of so many of our young people to suicide is very near and dear to our hearts. We serve ministering with several churches in the area to reach this young generation with the love of Jesus. In May 2016, Embrace was launched, a non-profit to mentor our young people. For more information on Embrace, go the website www.embraceone.net (or click on the tab above under About Us). Scott is a Special Education Teacher in Walled Lake. We are childhood sweethearts, both graduating from Lake Orion High School. We are so happy to be back to our hometown and providing a place where people can come and be cared for by our wonderful staff.
